After 18 years, he decided to take control. In 1995, he hung out his own shingle as Jeff Beardsley Remodeling. The goal was simple: be present for his family and build something he could be proud of.

It wasn't an overnight success. The first few years were tough. Hiring help didn't work out. Projects came in slowly. But Jeff showed up every day, treated every client with respect, and built a reputation one job at a time.

Then came the moment every parent hopes for: his son Scott came home from college and said, "I want to do this with you."

Twenty-five years later, they're still working side by side. And now Payton, Jeff's grandson, is learning the trade. Three generations, same hometown, same commitment to quality.
